★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner during lockdown. Beautiful and cozy place with wonderful interiors.
All the food items were quite good in taste and were served in sufficient quantity for two people. Loved their Fish and Chips, Spaghetti and Steak. Right up there with the best you can have in Kolkata if you are into Continental and Italian cuisine.
The decor is rustic and wonderful and has an European touch. There is live music and live sports screening arrangements as well. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Service was prompt. All in all, a definite recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly as I post this review we're all on the new book of 365 pages I.e 2022
Post lots of research on resturants with live music since it's was 31st eve, I came across this one which had good reviews and pictures appealed to the eye.
A group of 2 school friends with wife's kids and family and although we were pure vegetarians we had limited options but whatever we ordered turned out to be exceptional in taste.
I've rated it 4 stars because of following points.
1st star-The moment you go to a resturants these days you notice the cleanliness,sanitization and how well they've maintained the covid protocols..
Full marks to chapter 2 for it.
2nd star-The ambience and decor,gives it a retro theme beautifully punctuated with amazing lighting.
The lights are very well placed and add sparkle to the decor.
Even the seating sofa are extra comfort oriented.
3rd star-Live band and music,the artists were simply mind blowing and the cue cards on which we get to request a song was a delightful experience.
It's a shame that kolkata has very few resturants which offer love music and family audience.
Generally it's only pubs and bars.
Kudos chapter 2 for being a game changer.
4th star-The food off course.
We ordered cheese cherry pineapple
Nachos and French fries as starters,all of which were amazing!
Main course had babycorn flourentine
Rice with white sauce cheese sauce and spegetti all of which were extremely fresh and delicious.
The place where 1 star gets deducted is the
Quantity provided in one portion of starters.
All dishes carry a premium tag of between 399 to 500
And as such that is only sufficient for max 2 people.
However when it's a precious day in your life,be it a new years eve or Christmas
A birthday or anniversary you don't give it a second thought.
It's if I were to say a Paisa vasool resturant and you can add to to your must visit place when in the city of joy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Nice ambience and interior decoration is very superb. Staff were really helpful and polite even the manager was very polite.... The food was mediocre and honestly bit overpriced... If you are paying 750 Rs for a stuffed turkey then the quantity and quality should be worth it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast platters were very nice & had a good spread.. Special note for the sausage, bacon & ham as it was served perfect unlike many places in the city. However the veg side of the platter leaves a lot for improvement. One suggestion if possible add another option of fresh fruit juice to the existing watermelon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely time here. The food ordered was good and quantity was enough for two. The prices run on the slightly higher end but the ambience was pleasant with live music.
We would love it even more if we could get the dishes that we wanted. A number of them were not available.
Overall a good place and good time ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chapter 2 has become a go to place for me now. I am writing this post after my 3rd visit. The ambience, the decor the staff and the food is excellent. There is a lot of choices and doesn’t pinch your wallet too much. The drinks options are also quite exemplary.
Apart from this the best part is the live performance. I have witnessed it only once but I was truly mesmerised by the performance.
I will be visiting more often to the place and people reading this, add this to your to visit list. :) kudos to the whole Chapter 2 team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After someone suggested the prawn cocktail at the Chapter 2, I had to try it and it was delicious. Add to the the tender pork chops and a perfectly made tiramisu - my lunch date was made! I loved the ambience. But what I missed was the LIVE music that happens every evening (except Mondays). Definitely going back a second time if not many more!!
