It is equiped with almost all kind of necessary equipments and other facilities like stem bath etc are available too..Trainers are really caring and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I joined C'FS in feb 2021 and within this 2 months I started noticing significant changes. Individual diet chats and personalised workout plans are part of the package too ..
