★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to keep yourself fit, irrespective of age! Yes, he trains and keeps others fit of all ages - small children, young kids, adults, elders, everyone.
The trainer Mr. Raju Bairagi is a knowledgeable person of the body movements required to do workouts, and even suggests how to control the food habits and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
He is specialized in Japanese Kyokushin Karate and has earned a black belt. He teaches Karate as well, and takes his students to summer camps and competitions. This gives his students a good exposure to other schools' students.
He also conducts yoga and meditation classes, which helps in keeping your mind stress free.
He is quite flexible in his availability, so please ensure to fix a time beforehand for practise with one/multiple batches and to maintain it. Also, the charges vary based on what the candidate wants to practice here in batches - workout or karate or yoga or meditation or a combination of few or all.
Please note that there is NO use of any instrument whatsoever, every exercise is free-hand.
Also, if required, he can become your personal trainer, and get yourself fit with relevant exercises, yoga and meditation. Accordingly, the charges will vary.
Go ahead and just attend one or two classes of his, and you will understand.
