★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to Thank everyone at Charnock Hospital for the excellent medical care and support extended to my brother during his stay at the hospital after a major surgery . The Doctors and the nursing staff are very sensitive towards the needs of a patient, are polite and there response time is very fast . The staff at the Hospital reception , Security Staff are well mannered and are well trained to handle the rush at peak hours . The staff at the insurance desk of hospital is quite responsive and always did there best to support the related family members of patient to get the claims processed well in time . Thanks to the management team of Charnock Hospital. Overall a well managed hospital . Wishing All the Very Best to Team Charnock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are really good.. the hospital is clean and hygiene maintained.. the receptionists are also nice.. I was admitted here last year for my appendicitis operation.. the nurses were so well behaved.. they helped me in every way.. they also frequently asked whether I was comfortable or not.. the surgeon and the doctors are professional people.. they really did the operation in a smooth way.. the helping staffs helped me till my discharge from the hospital.. the overall experience in the hospital was so much good, i can't explain.. and also the food was tasty there.. food quality was good too.. overall an excellent hospital with amazing features..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my mother treated who underwent surgery, from her point of view she was being monitored with every minute details.
They maintain every aspect, be it from cleanliness or polite behavior of doctor or staffs who were on duty.
Loved the services being provided by their team. One of the good thing was they provide update of patient via call or message at-least twice daily..
I would never give a second thought of recommending "Charnock Hospital", keep up the good work.
Lastly, would like to Thank all the sisters, nurses who understood my mother condition and taken a good care of her throughout the course of her stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate all the doctors, nursing and management staffs for their commitment. It was absolutely a positive experience with Charnock Hospital. The hospital believes in Zero-Contact Appointment Booking Process, which is really needed in this pandemic situation and furthermore i would obviously love to add with it, that the Telecaller Executives really made me feel like i was talking with one of my close friends and taking suggestions. They guided me very nicely with neat and clean informations, the details helped me to take doctor appointment easily within a minute only. Really appreciable.
I shall surely recommend Charnock for getting best of treatment.

The all executives of Charnock Hospital were well trained and well mannered. The behaviour of the all employees were very soft, kind and polite.
