★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bus service to travel within Madhya Pradesh. Fare are ok. They don’t have proper waiting room is the only issue ( there is one which doesn’t have announcement system for next bus and all the time drivers occupy it). So they can work on waiting room for passengers with washroom. Television never works here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus service by chartered is ok ok type.. the buses are well in condition and the comfort level is also good but in case of staff behavior it's pathetically bad..I had a morning 6.30 bus and at that time no one was their at the counter to tell how..When..Where of the bus... Customer support after 9 calls got connected and finally I came to know the bus Number..The on ground staff is poorly selected and buses are not cleaned after each trip

They shifted my time of journey saying your bus has been cancelled and you have to go through another bus with different timing..
This was not excepted from the Chartered not trustable brand..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place near to habibgang railways station. This place is hub for private bus. Well connected with in city and near to bhel area. This is avg managed and it can be improved. Not sure how the govt is helping this area. It need to be improved and no cleaning of area and not properly managed. Visited multiple time for catching Indore bus.

They just suddenly change the bus and announce this bus is not going to Vidisha city, we will drop you on bypass.
When asked him to why you are not dropping us inside city ! They just simply replied sir paise refund le lo ???
Koi 1hr kharab karke ISBT aaye ye sunne ki paise wapas le lo ???
