★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff, they are like gundas, I was traveling from Bhopal to Mumbai, there was so much noise on my seat that we can't bear that much noise so I requested attending guy on bus to resolve the issue or change my seat but he refused to resolve the issue or change my seat also his behaviour was so rude and threatened me saying that issue will not resolve you have to travel or get down from the bus also threats me if you changed your seat by yourself I will give you slap, such a bad behaviour employees on bus and bus quality is also not up to date. This guy name is Mohan morya, Raj Ratan tour and travel should not keep goons and unprofessional guys in bus.

Change bus timing and make poeple wait for a long time. Also make by themselves change the pickup point and drop passenger wherever they want don't drop passenger on the drop point and drivers talk very badly to passengers. I prefer people not to travel through this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled from Varanasi to Bhopal and I'd never suggest anyone to travel by this bus no matter what the rating is. The driver and the assistant was not at all cooperative and was carrying such a bad attitude and was talking so rudely. Prefer any other bus, there are hundreds of travels..but don't spoil your experience and mood by traveling by this. The staff has no manners whatsoever! ??

Latest on 16.02 & 19.02.2021. Mumbai to Bhopal & back.
Very neat, clean & sanitized bus.
Well behaved & helpful staff. Very much on time. Very safe for ladies travelling alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the buses are good and comfortable. I mainly travel between Bhopal-Pune, Bhopal - Mumbai route or vice versa. They are the first choice of anyone who is traveling to outside of the state by road. Buses are very well maintained and the births are equipped with a clean bedsheet, a pillow, blanket, mobile charging point, a TV and bottle holder. They also have a small plastic pocket like place where we can keep the phone while it is charging.
They are mostly on time but we never can predict the surprises of the highways but in normal circumstances they drop you at the destination on time with 10-15 mins difference. The quality of the ride is also comfortable and drivers seem to have highly experienced guys. Staff is also well behaved and helping. The bus takes couple of breaks during the journey and the good thing is, they have collaborated with good quality restaurants on the highway.
Overall good experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Bus came late by 35 minutes. They changed the bus. They gave my seat to someone else. When called at office for help. They were soo stupid enough to understand. They changed my seats on own. Not at all helping. Not at all understanding. I am reviewing seating in the bus. I will never recommend anyone to travel by this bus.
