I have been shopping with Charu since 2014 and my experience of purchasing diamond jewellery with them has been outstanding. Their studio comprises of six unique themed rooms where they provide excellent personalised customer service. Getting personalised viewing for all the jewellery and their service was definitely the best I have ever experienced.
Special shout out to Nikhil Bhai and Jigar Bhai for taking time to show my family various jewelleries, understanding our requirements and explaining many knowledgeable things about diamond purchase.
