★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a 11 seater traveler for our trip to Manali. We had an amazing experience with them. The traveler was exactly the same as was promised during booking. Driver (Md. Rafi aka Guddu) was an expert driver and had good knowledge of all routes from Delhi to Manali. He was polite and calm throughout our journey. He also knew all points for adventure related activities in Manali. Also thanks to Gopal ji through whom we booked the traveler. The driver was very funny and we would like to continue there services in future too.
The tempo traveller we booked was Actually very comfortable and the images send was the same as seen in the pictures.
The tempo was in our budget and they provide us discount too on what they offer first!
I would continue my trip with them in future too!!

On time delivery, cleanliness, regular update, reasonable pricing, everything was satisfactory. And the driver was really really good. Vivek (driver) drove very safely on the high mountains. I would recommend everyone to book vehicles from Chauhan bus services for their tours. 5/5 to them :)

I found Chauhan Bus Service at par with my all expectations whether its about the timing or cleanliness and condition of vehicle. I hired a Tempo Traveller for my Chopta Group Trip dated between 23rd Jan to 26th Jan, 2021.
The owner Mr. Gopal Chauhan Ji is a good person and operates very professionally. He provided us a very cleaned vehicle in good condition with a nice driver. The Driver was very gentle and experienced.
I give 5 star to their service and will recommend others. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever, highly unprofessional, show new vehicle for booking and travelling. Unhygienic. Send broken-down vehicle. 650 km tevel in 16 hours, can imagine quality of vehicle and driver.
Purposefully sent vehicle delay to customer location so they will not have option to change and cancel the trip.
