★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this covid situation neither staff is wearing mask nor they are asking visitors to do so. There is no social distancing thing at the hospital.
I saw a stray dog sleeping inside the hospital behind the chairs in front of blood collection room.
No hygiene is maintained, dust on floor and chairs. Used Plastic water bottles and paper cups are lying here and there
Staff is busy with their mobile phones, even if a patient or representative is standing in front of them.
If I continue telling each and every thing i may go on and sound like a complaint box. Overall i want to tell you that i am not happy at all with the standards maitained by the hospital. I don't think i will there again and i dont recommend, if someone ask me about it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is totally useless hospital for ex servicemen. Staff totally non cooperative. No Dr available for any query. Nurses kept useless and have no manner how to talk with esm. I request to the ECHS authority, empanellment of this hospital to be terminated as soon as possible.
Food quality is below average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although most of the times patient care is good but still need a lot of improvement in terms of patients' food quality, hospital management, reports waiting time, emergency services, available medical treatments, cost od treatment and medicines etc. Should have medical specialists of all fields especially for Nephrology as there is no hospital that has Nephrologist available in Pathankot area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont have ample staff to handle the patients. For an Echo test we had to wait for the doctor for 3 hours and that too when we were the only ones who had echo test scheduled. Nurses don't answer you properly with correct facts. They need to hire back up doctors and cut the unnecessary processes. Time is precious for everybody. We have been coming here all the way from Himachal
