Excellent service. This is one of the few car service places that you can trust. They are extremely professional & accomodating to requests.

WagonR 2020 model required repair work for major scratches and a paint job. The work was excellent. No complications faced in payment and insurance claim. The estimated time for repair was given to be 7 days but the vehicle was handed over in 4 days. 5 stars from me for a beautiful service experience. You can trust the owner for his advice and experience in the field.Just handover your vehicle for repairs and Mr Punekar will handle the rest. Also covid protocols are followed strictly in the premises.

Mr Deepesh is a very honest person. Quality of service is excellent. Overall I can give 9 out of 10 for his service. We are delighted.

Have been taking my car to Deepesh and team for nearly a decade. Very honest and trustworthy ans honestly calls out the problems in the car. Despite changing cars which have dealers asking to do free servicing at their sponsored stores, I have always taken my car to Chembur motors as I sure they will take care. You cant go wrong with them. Happy to have stumbled upon them.

I'm sure you must've seen or at least heard about the cartoon Powerpuff girls and their world famous dialogue "Sugar, Spice and everything nice". This place is just that, "Integrity, care and meticulousness". I came across this gem of a place after trying out almost ALL the service-centers/garages around me, BIG names/Small names, you will not believe who all I've been to. The day I reached, they were already full. I went without calling or a prior intimation, like I always do to check out the vibes/overall environment of the place. There it was, the place I finally know I'll keep going to until I keep my car or ever get another MSIL car, even for my 1st/2nd ALL services. So, coming back to the 1st day, I reached the place and out comes Mr. Deepesh, saying they are completely full and they would not under any circumstance be able to accommodate my car, as I had some issues with the suspension (which is what I was under the impression, turned out it was something completely different). Deepesh gave me the whatsapp number to register for an appointment which I finally used and fixed one. The day I come back and tell Deepesh, there's a problem with the suspension, he takes one drive and says, suspensions are fine, the issue is with the brakes, EGR and other drivetrain components. I didn't even know what to say! I decided to go with my instincts and trust this man who I hardly knew at the time (what could go wrong right? I've anyways faced so much of heartbreaks with all the other garages). MY GOD! after Deepesh and team worked their magic on my car, It practically felt as NEW. The guys cleaned the EGR and showed me the dark chocolate that had formed inside the pipes! They painstakingly cleaned the entire thing and I FINALLY started hearing the turbo whine again, which I had FORGOTTEN even existed :'( Further, now this is where it gets juicy! A few months before going to Deepesh I had serviced the car/changed oil etc. with another service center close by my place. BY GOD, Deepesh, saved a FAT SHOT to my pocket (in tune of LAKHS) by detecting an engine oil leak and taking care of that too! I mean, what else can I say, NOT ONE of these other places even come close, NOT ONE!! All they want is to do the usual oil/filter change, interior shampoo, FAT itemized bill. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am! I so want to name and shame these service centers but out of common courtesy and knowing Deepesh (who I fondly now call Dada, meaning elder brother in Marathi) wouldn't want me to do. Dada took my car in (who was CRAVING for so much care from so long!), gave her much needed love and attention, made her structurally/mechanically sound, cleaned her up and finally brought her to the state that she once was, so many years back! All while being extremely meticulous, keeping the MS service website updated with pictures with the work undertaken and keeping me updated via. Whatsapp pictures with a very clear and well deserved estimate with ZERO overcharging. I mean, I do not know if I would go to any other service center even if I change car brands down the line. (I seriously despise MSIL's decision to stop diesel engines (but that's a rant for some other time). The Punekar's Chembur Motors is where you want to be if you want HONESTY, INTEGRITY and GENUINE WORK done for your MSIL car without any single component of overcharging and typical item list billing. Look elsewhere at your own peril! I'm a happy camper at the Punekar's garrage for good. Finally a place, where Ana (my car's name) feels like she belongs and is cared for.

Its was a wonderful experience to see your baby in safe and sound hands... Precisely the issues were addressed and was informed at the time of delivery. Washing and polishing is a major highlight. Definitely changing the image of a typical service centre where the main focus is to loot the customer. All i wish for chembur motors and team good luck and hope they continue to serve in the same manner.
