★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a XUV 300, which I had taken for my second service of 10K km at Randhawa motors workshop in Kurla The service of my vehicle went smoothly only till I was told that both my linkage rods have been broken! I was shocked to know about this. This usually doesnt happen. It was then I learned that both the link rods were somehow unwelded from the bottom arm. The reason was still not clear! It was then when I escalated the issue with the service manager of Randhawa motors Mr. Atin Shirawadekar. The gentleman was courteous enough to address my issue and also promised to help me resolve the same. The workshop didnt have the part available with them so I was asked to come back after couple of days. Mr Atin Shirawadekar was available throughout to answer my calls over the concen and also arranged me the part within the promised time. He just did not held my issue as a special case but also replaced my linkage rods without me bearing the cost for the same!! Also the mechanical staff were seen following the necessary protocols while working on the vehicles which is a rare sight when I compare to Mahindra workshops I visited in the past. A big Thank you to Mr Atin Shirawadekar. U are doing a grat job!!
