Very friendly and plays the role of the Director as and when required. His leadership will take this institute to very great heights. Its a fairly new institute compared to the established ones but..but... Don't let it fool you

Yes it Will happen but only if you want to make It happen, as this institution gives everything to be great its upto you how much you're willing to soak in.
