β β β β β Nice place for budget travellers. This is located in a marketplace and is accessible easily. A little difficult when it rains as the surroundings become dirty and muddy. Also if there was a reasonably priced place for good quality 'maharashrian thali' or healthy maharashrian food nearby, it would have been better. Also the linen and towels in the rooms need to be upgraded.

β β β β β Staff was rude. I asked for mineral water bottle and he asked me to go down and bring it. The bedsheet was damaged in my room and when I showed him he asked me to adjust on the other side. I don't know how this place got even 3.9 star rating.

β β β β β The location is good as it is close to JM road. Lot of options for lunch and dinner. Restaurants are at walking distance. KFC and McDonald's are close by. Rooms are good. If you need a western toilet ask for it in advance as all the rooms don't have a western toilet. Parking can be an issue although we got a place in front of the hotel. Overall a good hotel. Staff is good. Very Safe place. A good budget Hotel in prime location.

β β β β β Location of this hotel is the plus point. Exactly in front of Deccan Bus Stop. Cleanliness was good. Rooms are specious with gallery. Budget hotel at a prime location.
My check-in time was 12 Noon, but we reached there at 3.30 AM in morning (Though it was informed while booking that Early check-in is available with charges) we are ready to pay extra charges. But hotel has charged full day fare. i.e. I have paid 1000 for early check in. In that early morning I do not have any other option, so I had check-in. Please call to hotel for early check in charges. Otherwise its a best hotel with best location for a short stay. Nearby market place and don't forget to have a tea at "Yevle Amrututlya" which is very close to this hotel.
