★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too small room and cockroaches are there, staff not very responsive. Complementary breakfast, given is too less that you can have it in two glasps. Very ordinary hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much cost. Money is not a problem. But the rooms are not worth that money. About the room, first of all room is not clean. And they are not change the Pillow cover and the bedsheets. Coming to the bathroom, water is not coming properly. Wasbasen pipes are leaking. The drainage water system is not working. After your bath, bathroom filled with water. It will take too much time to flow the water outside. Not Recommend this hotel....??

The tap in the bathroom of my room was not working. They took 3-4 hours and 4 calls for it to be repaired.
There was no hot water for bath even at 8 o' clock in the morning.
Complimentary breakfast is available.
You can order food for yourself from outside at any time you need.
3 stars because of poor service.
One plus point is they don't disturb you during your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. We booked room through oyo and we requested for early checkin. the oyo staff told us the hotel allows early checkin with 30 percent extra tariff. When we reached hotel. The staff were sleeping and denied checkin and asked us to wait till 12pm for checkin with rude behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my experience to all out there.
I had booked the hotel through FabHotel Website with an advance of Rs. 500. When we reached the hotel we asked for early check-in which was denied to us by the owner. After waiting for an hour, we were given a room which was in a really bad condition which was nothing as shown in the picture on their website. We went for some urgent admission work and came back within an hour and by mistake instead of going to 2nd floor where our room was we went to 3rd floor and tried to open the door to our shock the room opened with our room key. We decided we had to leave at that moment itself.
We took our luggage and went down to check out at that very moment. As soon as we told the receptionist old man he went mad he started calling people and we still requested him to let us go. He and the Receptionist demanded us to pay the whole money without even staying there for more than 10 minute. We did not ask for the refund of the advance money but still they were not letting us go. It was a nightmare for someone who came with a friend for college admission.
After call with the FabHotel Executive we were allowed to go. I would request people to think before going to this hotel.
