Very Bad and cannot be trusted to get things done. Not interested in checking documents and guiding customers. Treat customers like they are doing a favour by talking to them.

Very disappointed with the customer handling. Told me the Train timing was 4:40PM but train went from the Station at 7:00AM.

It was a pleasure to interact with Hasmukh Travel Agent's Personnel! Very helpful in assisting the oversees traveller in processing Visa, blocking/booking of tickets, travel insurance etc.

The most chor travels in pune i have booked tickets of mysore ahmedabad train from their office n the train got cancelled from mysore itself due to some track works so i went to cancel the tickets they charged 60rs per tickets for cancellation on asking for what r the charges they told these r service charges which r compulsory n while issuing tickets they charged 40 rs n they say that this is authorised irctc booking center I would like to inform all people plz do not book tickets from hasmukh travels if they want to book tickets plz directly go to railway windows on railway station गली गली में शोर है HASMUKH TRAVELS चोर है भिकारी कही का इतनी पैसों की भूख है तो मंदिर के बाहर कटोरा लेके बैठ जा बहोत पैसे मिलेंगे चोर कही के

Despite flight ticket availability online, I approached Hasmukh travels. And they found me a flight that met my criteria and was cheaper than the ones I found online. Surprised as well as delighted. Their service charges for Visa application is also quite reasonable. And very warm and nice.

The reason I wanted a travel agent for my student visa was because they have the knowledge to direct me to the most effective and feasible solution. My experience with Hasmukh travels has been terrible, to say the least. They were late on the day of my appointment, hadn't done basic research because of which I had to pay additional 5k, and asked for the wrong documents! I wanted a student visa for France. They quoted me 5k+1k commission for the process. I agreed to give a 20% hike because I expected a seamless service in return. On the day of the visa appointment, I got dressed in formals and came with my parents fifteen minutes before the time of my appointment. Hasmukh travels had all my documents but the travel agent hadn't responded to my messages that I had sent a day before and wasn't even picking up the phone in the morning. After several tries and barely 7 minutes before the appointment, he picked up and said he was going to be late by 10 minutes. How can Hasmukh Travels accept unpunctuality is baffling to us! We were also asked to carry 7k as a safety. After I entered the office, I was asked to pay 10k+. I soon found out that the entire visa process could have been done with Campus France with only half what I had to pay. The only difference was one form which requires 10 minutes to fill online and print. We had to spend an extra 5k because of their inadequacy. I can assure you that Hasmukh Travels is unprofessional and does not have more knowledge about the process than the average person. Earlier, I was asked to submit 2 passport size photographs with 60% of the photo covered by face. When I went to the photo booth, the man on the other hand asked me to confirm this ratio. He probably hasn't ever gone to high school but he looked it up in seconds on Google and told me that it's 70% not 60%. I called Hasmukh Travels to confirm and they asked me to go ahead with 60%. I was assured for something that was absolutely incorrect because I had to retake the photo at the visa office last minute with 70%. These are basic things that a travel agent must be able to find. In all, I lost 5k today, waited in anxiety because nobody was picking up the call, lost time since the travel agent was late without a reason because there is no traffic at 7ish on the streets in Pune, and felt like an idiot for approaching Hasmukh Travels. Edit: Visa got rejected because the Campus France procedure was not followed. We complained to Mr. Hasmukh but he hasn't gotten back to us. He didn't even speak to the person assisting me for clarification like he said he would. I'm appalled at this kind of behavior

Not good. they do not have the time to understand the travel plan.

Very poor service specially in case of flight rescheduled if you ask for reschedule your ticket in evening or night near 8:00pm reply from owner was that office is closed we can't do that..for better and excellent service in case flight I choose "Jiva "
