Bus provided for group of 28 was just with good color. While returning it was breakodown due to steering wheel issue at approx 5.30 p.m. at Tamhini which did not have proper mobile network. When we called he arranged for Bus but sent it at 7.30 from his place. Bus later reached all the way crossing ghat at 10.15 p.m. and by 10.30 we moved from there. For all the 5 hours we were stranded in a lonely place with little access to mobile network. Place which is famous jungle area and dacoits loot people many time. There were small kids Ladies and old persons in the bus . My 5 years Daughter was already got sick on the way with Omiting Fever and Loose Motions. And there was no medical doctor available nearby. Also when we had spoken to guy in office he spoken very rudely instead of sooothing our tensions.
So better guys do take care before booking
