Their Online site does not work. Your money gets debited but ticket is not confirmed.
Have to beg these guys to refund money.
Attitude towards customers is not good at all in my opinion.
Worst experience with these guys.
Totally useless.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very low standard bus service. they will never give clean bedsheets, no blankets in AC bus. Dont know how to behave once you pay for the ticket.
A honest suggestion to not to travel with this bus instead go for govt which will be far better. they cost Rs 1800 due to weekend but no proper service.
Dont even deserve a single star :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t like the royal travels at all. I booked royal travels from aurangabad to pune, and the bus want that comfortable. The conductor also was not supportive. I won't prefer traveling by this bid from now on. If u r seeing the status, don't go by royal travels. Very bad service. Two stars just because it reached on destination i.e. Pune on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The phone operator doesn't pick the phone inspite of calling so many times.Bus not punctual.I had a bus for 8.30 and the driver didn't even call and bus came at the location at 9 pm.I was worried that the bus might have left bcoz bus operator was not receiving phone calls and there was no sign of bus post departure time.The AC vault in my seat was broken.Charging point not working.Cleanliness not maintained in the bus.Very bad experience.
