★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a frequent traveller on pune-nagpur road and have travelled on almost all the buses run on this route..this was the worst experience though..my bus was changed 3 times by giving some stupid reason and i was forced to travel in a third class bus that too on a very last seat which was all wet due to leaked sealing..imagine i hav paid 1400 for such seat..i must say, even if saini is a last option do not chose it at all..better u cancel ur journey and wait for another day..i insist whoever hav travelled wth siani and had bad experience, post it here. They wont understand untill their business is affected.

Too much rediculous behaviour of driver and 2 or more stupid persons in the bus MH 40 N 9761.
Will never travel again and will never recommend to any one
Will definitely raise this issue to the head of saini
1.No manners how to behave with passengers
2.bus delayed by 1.15 hours
3.passed unnecessary 30mins after leaving Wagheshwar parking somewhere at mid of the road. Again delayed
Means the 8.30 time from Wagheshwar area they left by 10PM.
4.No punctuality at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today morning dated 11th September 2019 bus reached pune from yavatmal at 12:30 PM which was supposed to reach by 8:30 AM. 15-20 mins delay is understandable but 4-5 hours delay is totally waste of time, waste of day and waste of our hard earned money. We come here to attend offices, College, school, meetings and you guys have simply ruined it. I missed my meeting with client, many from same bus missed their interviews and offices. Who is going to post for our loss? Never ever going to book SAINI again and will not allow anyone to book. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saini a worst travel agency.. Never expected this from Saini. Shame on this travel agency. Such a worst service provider. My old age parents who are 60+ were travelling from pune to Nagpur. Bus failed at a distance of 1 hr. They called mechanic and even after so called repairing it failed thrice. They made my parents sit in another bus on single seat along with other passengers. 3 ppl on single seat. They assured tht they will get proper seat from Aurangabad to Nagpur. But guess what their office were closed at Aurangabad. 1:30 O'clock at night my parents had no option. On top of that shameless thing, they made my parents sit on the floor near driver's seat near engine. And refused to give them even proper seat as promised.
I am demanding our fare refund as well as apology from the agency for such an inconvinience towards senior citizen. So that no innocent would face such an issue in future.
Filed complaint in consumer court and all relevant consumer forums

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged extra for 1 Bag. The conductor looked that lady passenger is travelling with 2 bags and 1 box of 10 kg. He demanded Rs. 150 for 10 kg box from wardha to pune and has not provided the receipt for the luggage as well. This is rediculous and faced such issue first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 3 years I am traveling with Bhagyalaxmi Travels from Jalna-Pune-Jalna. It's a very good experience travelling with this bus. Bus quality is good. Staff is courteous. Bus reached in time to jalna. Good Service. Clean bedsheets and pillow cover. Overall good experience.
