★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this Hotel through make my trip. Com, My booking was shifted from Hotel oyo Coconut Grove to this hotel. Reception people and staff were very helpful and supporting. Location is good. But very
old property. Room was nice but it had bed bugs and lots of cockroaches in the room. It has bar also that why it was difficult to sleep at night because of lots of noise coming from bar. No sound sleep at this hotel. Restaurant breakfast is very very limited. Not recommended for family stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality of the hospitality is very happy. We will respond to this request. The building is old, but the rooms seem to be getting clean recently. The hot springs are smooth and smooth. The view of the room and open-air bath is the best.
The hotel itself is made to feel the history, but the rooms are large and the scenery can overlook Hirado Castle and Hirado Bay, and you can also visit the Xavier Church.
The welcome from the hotelman was great and the food was satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a value for money. Very below average hotel. No breakfast despite complimentary BF mentioned in offer. when i argued they brought one small container of Poha and pne cup tea. No cleanliness. No hand shower attached to flush tank. Shower not working. Reception guy disconnecting call before you explain issue. Hotel management to look into all this. Not a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel tourist is an amazing place to stay, U can always enjoy in Bar where u can get all kinds of alcoholic drinks and Non veg food. The rooms were as per our requirement and Staff was quite helpful.
