it'll take 2 weeks from chennai to Pune.
unprofessional people sitting at their office asking who will deliver within 3 days? i used DTDC, professional & Nandan they deliver in 3 days.
never ever use this ST couriers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice courier service. Very approachable and helping people. Missed my courier at house two times and received utmost co-ordination from the manager to collect the courier from their office and save my important documents from going back to the sender. The manager was concerned enough to call me back and confirm if I successfully retrieved the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel from Chennai was sent on 12th April, and as per tracker reached Pune hub on April 13th. I am yet to get the parcel delivered to me as on April 18. It has been sitting in Pune for 5 days. The parcel has my phone number , yet no one has called to check . We live on one of Pune s main roads, easy to find, yet ST courier delivery guy has not managed to find the time or interest to deliver it. Would recommend never using them. Most unreliable and unprofessional service.

My parcel from Chennai was sent on 1st Feb 2020, and as per tracker reached Pune hub on 3rd Feb 2020. It has been sitting in Pune for 5 days. The parcel has my phone number , no one has called to check . We live on one of Pune’s main Industrial area, easy to find.
Finally after too much follow-up we own arranged vehicle to pick-up parcel from Pune office.
Conclusion is ST courier delivery guy has not managed to find the time or interest to deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are stealing parcel and their delivery boys are signing Proof of delivery by the recipient's first name. When you call their helpline the person says oh it is worth Rs xxx.
Had to rate one star because there was no option of negative rating
