★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Pratham Air Express courier service from last so many years for sending parcels to my both sons abroad in Singapore and Australia. Everytime parcel was reached safe and without any damage. Mr.Prashant, owner, is very prompt and helpful by nature. He and his team takes care of all your requirements such as home pickup, nice packing in front of you, updates on tracking, notifying if any delay in delivery etc. I strongly recommend Pratham Air Express for international courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor experience for shipment to USA this year. We gave our goods on 27th October. The consignment is still in india. All perishable items wasted. On top of that customer service was very poor. No satisfactory answer. No responsibility.

They did not send proper documentation for my Diwali package. No invoice nor FDA documentation was attached to my package. It was sent back to India. They would not respond to you once it was sent from Pune and have your money.
Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all good service. The package was not all double wrapped. They have too many delivery options, I went for urgent delivering package (of Rs.6500/- which delivers the package in 8-10 days) to US. It took 15 days to reach the destination, it was still in Pune till 24th Feb and the parcel was picked up on 16th Feb. Though they come home and take the parcel but have too much restrictions on putting up the items, cutting the box to edge of the items weight. Did not even give me the tracking link and when gave it was still showing in transit (which was in the City itself) when asked why is it showing still in transit said "link has not got updated, will send you the new link" and still was in transit. Will not at all recommend anyone of this courier service. The package was in a very bad condition when delivered.
