★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to deliver to baner balewadi saying this is remote area even when they have an office in pimpri..that means u will be forced to collect Ur parcel and u have no other option..how can city areas under PMC municipal limits be out of delivery area?? This must be their modus operandi as they are like fly by night operators..

no one is picking call at mumbai office. number on web site for mumbai location is fake.

My courier was from Pune to Sikkim. First this guy (Mr. Shashikanth) did not come with a measuring tool. He took a guess of my package weight and made me pay accordingly, to which i said nothing because it was extremely urgent for me to send the package that day so i didnt mind paying the amount.
Because of the negligence of this person, my package has arrived in Sikkim torn and it was the shoved inside a rug sack. Almost all of the things were damaged or stolen. All of my books were torn. I bore a loss of almost 8-10k worth of things. ONLY and ONLY because the courier service did not pack my stuff properly. Then this Shashikanth guy tells me that it was not his fault and there is nothing he can do. Shadiest guy ever. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY DONT RECCOMEND IT TO ANYONE IN PUNE. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED YOU GUYS!!!!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!

They delivered my package exactly on the date I wanted to . It saved my business , it was very surprising for me that me package was delivered on time on such a short notice . Sanjeev Chaudhary you are doing a great job and I highly recommend MSK courier and cargo to all you guys !
