★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this service twice to send stuff to USA.
First time, the boxes were opened everything that was packed neatly at home in front of them was totally messed up. Had packed spices and other food stuff seperately in plastic boxes so as to avoid ruining some expensive clothes.
They took it out of the plastic box and literally threw spices etc randomly with clothes and reshuffled everything very very carelessly. Some expensive clothes were completely covered in spices as the spice bottles cracked and spilt spices everywhere. Very very bad experience.
The second time, they charged for express delivery and promised delivery within 4 days and took more than 8 days to deliver.
Would not recommend this courier service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the shittiest service i received .. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone this was the first and last experience . the parcel i received was fully damaged.. more then half of the stuff inside was missing. everything else was broken or else spoilt. They promised a sat delivery overcharged me for it and they delivered it Monday. when i was trying to track it the courier was showing it was in Mumbai till Monday and suddenly Monday the person i sent the courier received a call that your courier has arrived with all the other problems mentioned above. i have sent numerous amount of couriers with the same kind of stuff and nothing like this has ever happened. i wont even give 1 star to this service but i had to because i was not able to post it.

The food item parcel was in transit for more than 2 days in Mumbai.
Very very poor service for sending food iteam.
Will never send any courier through this company nor would recommend.
Made greatest mistake for saving Rs 25 per kg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever use thier services. Worst courier . Instead of using thier service we can directly go and give it to our relatives directly. Charges are perium but delivery days will be two three weeks
