★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a parcel of food from them to Canada and spoke to guy named Kiran, my food parcel was in their office for 5 days and then it was couriered after a week of follow up and requests for my own parcel.
The parcel was delivered to me after 12 days and my entire food was spoilt and had to throw it away. These people have no feelings for someones parcel and initially I had told him very clearly that my mom is making some food for me so please take care and send it quickly. I called Kiran multiple times for a refund due to this pathetic service but he is one of the most horrible guy to deal with and he is least bothered, unapologetic and unprofessional.
Think before using their service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not resist to Give 5 Star rating for their service, for the first time I used their courier service to UK, I was not much confident about them because of the previous reviews,
But I must acknowledge they are genuine
I will recommend to everyone, also let me acknowledge the patience of Ms.Neha who has been answering all my questions without any hesitation, always been available to support.
And I have sent the parcel without visiting their office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Apr 07'2022, I have booked my parcels to Canada from Faridabad, since then no tracking is legitimate. On website written as Mumbai and verbally they say via London. All are fraud and i believe my packages would not be here soon. I do have all these three companies tracking numbers **AVEC SHIPPING & CARGO / **ATLANTIC INTERNATIONAL / **FEDEX TRACKING - All are useless and customer care is pathetic.
If any one just going to book any kind of parcel or any package, please please please do not put your hard money in vein along with your stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Atlantic International Express Courier has been good, so far. Packages to North America have reached via DHL within 7-10 days. The service is expensive in terms of volume, but I guess it works okay for weighty items because of the door to door service. Sonali and others in Pune are prompt and helpful. We would continue to use this courier service in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is totally non professional! it has been 11 Days since I have sent a parcel of Indian sweets to USA. They told me 5-7 days delivery and Rs.2500/- for a kg. Being Diwali we had to send the sweets. We paid the whopping amount and the parcel has yet not reached. They will be delivering FUNGUS , if they decide to deliver it ever! I surely do not recommend their services to anyone. They do not even answer calls relating to the deliveries. Very quick to take money but zero result. Sincerely do not use this company , there is no guarantee whether your parcel reaches at all!

I contacted through WhatsApp they are responded very well and it takes only 7-8 days to deliver the courier. Even packing also very neat and strong
