★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never going to suggest this lab to anyone....they doesn't provide reports on time.... They don't even have cashless payment and email report option in today's digital World...the staff is also rude including doctors....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and cooperative staff. I always get reports on time. The charges for the various tests are also very moderate. Even the tests are carried out by very experienced pathologist. Overall a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last day i ever stepped into Infedis Diagnostic Centre , many reasons though. Not gonna recommend it to any one at all even in work case.
1. In year 2018 they dont accept : card payment , bhim , Paytm. Mainly the reason must be that they wanna hide transactions from IT.
2. I gave doctors prescription and did completely different test. These mistakes are jot acceptable in medical field at least when even a layman can read the prescription clearly.
3. Overly charged : when i went they gave me an estimate and said if you want 10% diacpdis download their funded app. So i guess its already overpriced and do such promotions in diagnosis field.
4. The staff is not at all corporative. They dont talk properly , cant expect any thing more if thats the basic attitude you show towards customers.
Finally they deny to keep money as credit which i promised to collect on the day of report collection. Gave them lot of ways to at least start the process so that my timeline dosent disturb , but they where very adamant about paying the money first.
You give time , money , blood , patients.
& In return you get an attitude of king makers.
P.S i didnt fight with them but just wanted to help others so that they read this and be aware of Falling into trap.
India wont progess until such money sucking institutes exists in health sector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service... Results are not at all reliable. Staff and services are worse than anyone can imagine. When i went for collecting the report, there were 4-5 staff members who were watching some "sas bahu serial" on colors tv , with noticeably loud volume. And one of them asked me to wait for another staff to come and give me my reports, as my payment was supposed to be taken by her. They dont accept online payment in any way neither will provide receit.... Even vegetable dealer has paytm and gpay etc. Even if we neglect these factors, results of the lab are not reliable, i have checked same parameters at 3 labs on same day .
This lab provided a faraway values as compared to other two lab results which were quite similar .

Staff not cooperative.no staff timings to report to lab.staff was support to come at 3p.m to the lab .it was 4p.m still the staff was not present to collect blood sample.and after coming also staff was misbehaving that it's a holiday still I have come.if it's supposed to be a holiday lock the lab and sit at home.also the staff present in the lab was unable to take blood sample of the child irrespective of the support provided from our side.receptionist not cooperative at all.when asked for the main doctor's number the main doctor /owner didn't bother to listen to the compalain and later didn't answer call.
Overall bad attitude from the centre as a whole.even though over priced lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience ...they overcharge like twice or thrice the rate that is outside...they charged me 7500rs for tests which was not more that 3000rs outside...which i spoke to the main doc my god she was the most rude mannerless person i have ever witnessed...plus that want only cash no card or gpay...they dont want the gov to know their real income ...theifs ..very very bad
