This is second time I have visited this laboratory with prior appointment & time confirmation. It is written as lab is open for 24 hours but even at 10:15 am no technician & doctors are available. Patients are already suffered with critical diseases & due to such non responsive behavior they have to wait for hours. .
This is really a high concern & such laboratories should improve for the cause for which they are established.
Feedback should be taken positively, & immediate improvement is to be done by them. Only certificates on wall, ISO & all will not work but good service to patients is MOST important.
Even small labs provided BEST services.

Multiple calls made to Mr. Akshay Gosavi, their representative at Shivajinagar, phone not picked up. Assured to give Medical report on the same day - only soft copy sent on the next day. Hard copy of the Medical report and receipt for amount paid not given even after almost one month. Even collection of sample was delayed by over two hours.
