Pros:
1.Awesome location
2.Spacious rooms - you won't get more spacious rooms in this price range in this location
3.Clean and no odour
4.decent prices
Cons:
1. Worst room service I've ever seen - no masks, no etiquette, no interest
2. Kitchen of the hotel is very expensive- better to walk like 50-100 m and whole lot of options are there
3. Rooms facilities don't work - your tv and fridge are merely show pieces
4. Construction is old, you'll hear squeaks - see rust - naked wires and all that stuff
Overall it's a place which maybe the management has given up it's hope upon.. feels that way.. anyhow it can be a great property! Immense potential!

The only problem I had was with the front office person.very rude very inconsiderate and very insensitive.
There was a person with disability sitting at the entrance waiting for her transport. He wanted her to move from the entrance immediately because she was blocking the entrance, I asked him for help to move her chair, his reply was, "not my problem ".
If you have staff like this at the front of the hotel, especially at a name like ritz, I dont see ul doing very well. She was a person with a disability, who couldn't walk without support and this front office person wants her to vacate the place because it was causing a hindrance. Not that she was paying by the hotel. She was attending an event organized by MSSI for many people with disabilities.
Extremely disappointed by this behavior, who is a representative of hotel ritz.

Structure of the hotel is unique and old style.
Modern interior is eye catching.
Food is moderately good.
If you are into chicken then there's Hotel Geaorge nearby.
Famous for Sweet corn Chicken soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the manager was very rude. We had a booking of 8 rooms and have asked for extra matress already but they failed to give it on time.. at 8.30pm we asked them to give, we got it at 12 at night (matress without bedsheets). And had to ask again and again. TIMING for breakfast was given at 7.30 that was also not on time and if we ask them they were rude to answer. At night there were no water bottles in stock. If u ask for bottle they will go out to buy which takes half hour. Overall management was worst.
If you complaint they will be rude to you. There are many other stay near by that area I would recommend never to book rooms here in Ritz if you want good hospitality.
