★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. They don't even care when the customer is in and don't address any of their concerns. They have a very bad attitude. They are not giving any free service. Very badly organised staff and plan. They feel like they are the only boutique in bangalore. They never feel responsible for the orders placed. They stich whatever they want when asked about the unwanted changes made they easily deny saying it was not mentioned before. I will never again visit the store and recommend others not to visit its not at all worth it. They never even give any kind of suggestion or show any kind of interest when a customer walks in. Overall a very bad place to visit.
