★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tenant i would say this could be the most affordable at the same time cultured housing apartment to stay at and i had amazing neighbours that made the situation way easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is good at least from outside but the maintenance and the people ( not all) staying there are really going to give you a hard time. If you're a tenant and an outsider of the city and even if you pay 16-17K rent per month. they would not help you out in anything. The security guards are pathetic. The man who work in the society is a bigtime liar. and the landlords are pathetic in terms of nature and when it comes to repay the money (which they took it as deposit) they would deduct as much as money they can and make all bullshit excuses.
Overall it was a bizarre experience in living in a horrible society like this.A big thumps down.
