★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor up keep and maintenance. They charge 3 times for electric and no bills. On standard rent you get only the floor space. They even fleece the decorator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. Huge banquet hall. Gigantic open space arena. Has elevator facility. Very convenient to reach. It is on the service road of em bypass. Nearest bus stop is Anandapur. Usually difficult to get a reservation if not accessed well in advance.
Nice location for wedding and other fat celebrations.
