★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place and excellent ambience and surroundings. Hall washrooms could have been a bit more clean. Hall is quite spacious and enough to accomodate 100-120 people. Layout is good. 2 rooms are provided on floor 2; big enough for the guests families. Good amount of open space. Car parking is available on outside Hall premises, but that was not any issue.

Always love to attend any gathering in such a beautiful place. Only one suggestion - if the management can arrange one lift - that will be very beneficial for the aged fellows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neel mahal is a triple storied compact. Venue for holding any social event of a compact group. The first floor with toilet and modern sanitary fittings is an ideal spot for throwing banquet. Air-conditioning facility is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too high priced. They charge 1000₹ per hour for AC, extra charges for lights. Went to hire for 3 hours of birthday party of a 6 year old. But had to cancel it. As other places they charge plate wise. Otherwise neat & clean hall.
