★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality house, well managed, lift facility, good standard deco, excellent location at a reasonable price. Looked around many houses before choosing this one. Around this price range this the best standard house I would say considering many factors. My honest opinion is that if someone wants more than that they have to pay 5 times more. So your budget has to match your expectations at the end of the day. Just had my event done here and thought of posting a review so that others can benefit from an honest opinion. Visit highly recommended.

My SIL's wedding function was held here...however, it felt like the space was less for 300 people...
The building is of four stories high...
There is a lift in the building...however, the space in the lift is very less...
Terrace is used for cooking...however, there is also a facility for cooking...
