★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine. It's for Residents in the area. Very nearby to Murugan Temple famous in Mumbai. Once predominantly South Indian culture. Now Christians are infesting here to take over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing colony. Approx 45 year old. Smaller buildings of 3.or 4 floors. Lots of tree covers. Has stores for grocery, salons, electrical work etc. Has atm vegetable vendors. Has 2 temples and 3 churches. Mainly south indian community. But very friendly quiet and peaceful place with lots and lots of trees.
However the roads are not maintained by bmc properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will do all the sweet talking while booking and during cancellation (because of Covid) they will give you all kinds of excuse and avoid giving your money back.
After one month of follow up now they are saying that the association doesn't have the money to pay back the advance they took from me.
