Good organization for child rights. Especially the chairperson Nagarathna R understands the issue well and does justice

I have visited place recently for asking to file a complaint for my child visitation rights, they politely denied saying this is the right place rather approach the Family Court thru an advocate.

I had been there from past two weeks. Was told that my daughters FILE IS MISSING or not sure if it was registered at the first place the case where my 12 year old daughter was handed over to my mother and my ex-husband by them.. suprise!!! I was not a part of this decision who is got the legal rights. Mr lakshmi Prasanna committee member had been very rude when asked about the rules, regulations and process. I have been told there is no process to follow and they are running child welfare association!! I was living in an assumption that the system is changed but unfortunately the corruption to this level openly I am stunned. I forgot my tention when I noticed all these 4 days of my visit, Which bothered me the most is the poor and uneducated people waiting to meet their children..or to get some permission since morning have not got their response for MONTHS.. they come wait and been sent back. If they ask again been threatened. These committee people are not fit to be a part of an organisation which is mainly for humanitarian cause for poor and underprivileged they are been treated so rude I am an eye witness for all. when I asked my turn I was told 28 currently 8th is going which was a lie. I interviewed few waiting around..... I was told they are given warning if they ask again will be sent to jail people were waiting since morning 8am 10 am...till 2pm no call !!! Also their children in the child care have to pay the price by getting scolding and God knows what? One fish can spoil the entire lake poor people curse the government petty on them they are unaware of their human rights and such irresponsible people sitting in these positions spoil the organisation's name reputation and trust. When I am being fooled around who is educated can imagine what others face. I don't expect any support for these people they don't work with integrity..but I pray for those who are suffusing..this has to be highlighted to authority or Government official end of the day it's state government responsibility to appoint right people for such sensitive roles. In the name of women and children welfare God knows what's happening. Is there regular audite, inspection for the documentation or visitors record and feedback from existing children's mental emotional, physical, wellness kept in such organisations..the answer is No. Who is responsible?
