★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anugraha builder has built a beautiful layout in close to Hesaraghatta Mn Rd but builder has to build the cement walls towards hill side to avoid the land sliding in the right side of the layout...Overall it's a nice layout but felt site price is bit costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a plot 1 year back, looks good in pricewise as adjacent layouts are very expensive. There are small issues which we can solve with the help of builders / BBMP. As someone mentioned big scam, there is no such scams. But while buying plot please check with BBMP for issuing of B Katha (manual copy).
Still I can recommend this place to live in nature because there is no movement of vehicles, other side there is central govt, property etc.,
And my friends formed and registered welfare association recently, people who they interested to buy plot, they can contact office bearers for pros and cons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful layout developed by Anugraha Properties. Is situated approximately 1km to hesaraghatta main road which is connected to all parts of the city by public transport. Highly preferable for people planning to buy plot in Tumkur Road, Y.pur onward.
