★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Owner of this place is not genuine person . In Jan 2022 the builder sold the flat ( apartment) for 5000 rupees per sq ft . And now(April 2022) the owner is putting his own price tag of 5500 rupees per sq ft without any reason. Please save your hard earned money and Utilize it carefully. Dont fall for the monopoly of the owner. Do your own research. The area is not worth of 5500 per sq ft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society, leading road towards the society might be a bit painful and it is in quite interiors for the same, the society has a swimming pool clubhouse and all the other facilities with a temple too in the campus and the swimming pool looked beautiful with other facities like basketball court lawn Tennis court etc
