This ferry service connects two vital cities which are Naihati in North 24 parganas and Chinsurah in hooghly district on different bank of river Ganges. This busy ferry service takes about 5-10 mintues to cross the river in respect of tidal changes. The ticket fare for the same is just Rs. 6 per person. Motorbikes and cycles are also allowed for extra fare.
