★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a travel from Ahmedbad to Mumbai on urgent basis. So called to enquire and to my surprise they booked me over the phone itself. I didn't had to pay online to book. Once i reached their office they issued the tickets. Yes, they can improve on soft skills but as far as my travel needs are taken care of that's not my priority. Also, bus arrived around 20 mins later than the scheduled time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First if all, there is no waiting area for customers.
My bus was at 4am, the bus arrived at 5...plus the customer care number doesn't work....no one bothered to pick it up....on top of that I booked bus from Ahmedabad to Udaipur...bus leaves at 5am reached udaipur at 12 pm.
They really need to work on their service and customer service.
