★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class bus is not cleaned n maintain. They not open luggage compartment. All my heavy luggage is in between. 3 hours pick up late without informing passenger valid reason. No any staff wearing mask. Waste my money 2000₹ plus cab charges till CTM 400₹. Wishing god to reach my home in time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my most Pathetic journey I faced with this operator. Never travel with Shrinath Solitaire Premium Class. They show fake amenities and give hardly 1-2 service. let me share some part of my experience so that What I have faced with my mom travelling we two, no one else faces it.
1) Firstly they charged the fare like other VOLVO bus prices and give"ZERO" service. I paid 1200/- per ticket sleeper from jaipur to Ahmedabad.
2) Their boarding point was a pathetic, shady and shabby place which looked so horrifying and unsafe to stand with my mom in that place.Very unhygienic loaded with full of dust , dark place inside , smelly and garbage place.. Highly frightening place to sit at. Never ever book this operator. Most unsafe.
3) Bus came so late my destined time was 11:45Pm and it came at 12:25 am. whole 40 MINUTES late. and IT Dropped late too at ahmedabad at 1:30 Pm. whole 1 hour late.
4) Bus did not stopped at the bus operator office, whereas person asked my and my mom to cross the full high speed highway at midnight and catch the bus. My mom was suffering and was ill. Just imagine my frustrating condition.
5) The waiting bus operator office does not have a washroom even. Then sent us to washroom after asking 100 times to scariest place ever!
6)when we asked bus conductor to put our 2 bags in diggi(Storage place) he denied and we had to take all bags inside our seat, and could not sleep.
7) bus seat in sleeper is too slim area, very uncomfortable.
8) while booking in red bus it showed washroom in amenities and when I entered it was not there. They fully fooled the customers and stealing money.
they are just using 'shreenath' bus name and fooling around people. please do not get fooled- be aware and then book. Because booking hardly takes 5 mins to book but if booked wrong operator then it becomes a lot frustration full night journey. Please PLEASE do not make mistake like I was fooled! MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE SO FAR!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus doesn't have a charging point. It is clean and comfortable but Lights are damaged so will not work. They will take 6 person in Autorickshaw from Geeta mandir to Shahibaug where there bus will arrive. And Where bus arrived you will have to stand as no sitting place, no proper washroom. I liked there transportation . I travelled to udaipur in Night.
