Must try the famous Bakarwadi, masala kachori, upvaas kachori, shankarpale, mathri, all types of barfis and vadis, shrikhand, amrakhand, lassi, chaas, curd, flavoured milk, etc.
The dry fruits are also very fresh and of good quality.
