β β β β β Have purchased new vehicle form this place and all knows that new vehicle comes with free 3 services for what I visited the place - this time it's 2 nd free authorised service,
In morning only submitted vehicle and person asked me to come back to collect vehicle at 4 PM and I reached at the same time but Got to know taht the it's not ready , I have been asked to wait for half hr .
But reality is they have not even touched my vehicle . When I raised voice then one person just changed oil and kept vehicle in on mode for 7-9 minutes , after that he tight breaks and that's set sent vehicle for washing dept.
I was watching all these things. I raised voice again and asked for what kind of Servicing you did then the service engineer said - we have fixed all issues, oil change and went. I am not understanding why they changed oil if it's not used ( due to Covid vehicle was unused n ideal ) still force Fully changed oil and charged me 537/- including GST.
Will not recommend this place for paid bike service.
Never Visit this place. #WrostService

β β β β β Poor service, Bike was ready in just 2 hours after drop to the center..Immediately after next day of the servicing bike shut down automatically while driving. I searched for local mechanic(It was Sunday, all the workshops were closed) luckily found one. Mechanic said - Spark plug is not cleaned, carbon deposited, and has been not fitted fully into the slot..I called the service center and talked with manager but no proper response, the only answer I was getting "you come to service center, we will discuss". Never recommend...

β β β β β Bad experience.... After purchase he not giving proper Co-ordinate. In first service my tool box missing. Service not properly done.. Even proper washing not not... I buy ΰ₯¨ bike before that but my wrist experience here.

β β β β β I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO with this DEALER/SERVICE CENTER. They dont have any professionalism. Also you will not get proper service support. Extremely pathetic. You dont get your bike/Scooter on time. You dont get proper reply from service center staff. And more important you will not get satisfaction of servicing your vehicle. VERY CHEAP !!

β β β β β Worst Service Centre. Don't have experience about Sales but as a service centre, it's all fraud. If you are going for bike servicing, I suggest not to visit this center rather visit the local service shop just opposite of My Wing, near SBI ATM or visit some other Honda service centre. They are biggest frauds, they will charge you hefty amount but won't service your bike properly. And once done with servicing, their staff or their managers won't even consider your genuine concerns. These people do not even fit the nuts and bolts properly, forget about other important stuff. Stupid, Arrogant, Unprofessional staff. On normal days, they will call you and remind you of the bike servicing but when you actually visit their service centre, they will dupe without any service. Even local mechanics do 1000% better job than these fraud people. Still you decide to visit then protect your bike battery, do not trust them with the bike battery. Sudden battery problems arise after servicing done at this center and you will be asked to replace the batteries. Visit this center only if you want to get cheated and duped by these people. Don't know how their owner sleeps at night after running such a fraud cartel in the name of servicing & fooling people on daily basis.
