★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expect the sales person to be proactive and give more effort in pitching a sale to a potential buyer. Don't expect to get much attention here unless you're holding a cheque book in your hand. The sales person should properly explain the processes and formalities involved. They caused me some misunderstanding. But other than that staff was helpful, cooperative and very patient with my queries. Overall an average buying experience (for Pune).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever, First they entertain you very politely, As you booked your bike they didnt work on your further process. The people who work at showroom are very unprofessional. They didnt inform you any proces and details & not responding to your any querries. In case if the government rules get changed they didnt inform you properly.
If you didnt ask for any sevices then they are not interested to tell you anything about Yamaha's facilities for customers. eg. if you not ask for documents and servicing book they dont gave it to you.
Anybody didnt get any responsibility they only want to sale bike
Highly recommend that dont purchase bike from Spirit Yamaha.

When servicing the bike, only the bikes are cleaned from the top, the inner part is not checked .Bike not washed properly ,too bad service
