Price of products is almost similar to local market sweet...Must visit this palace...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Shop takes card payment by swiping the card and not by chip payment. This kind of payment is a threat to all the banks.
When I refused to give the payment by card swipe, the lady there arrogantly refused to take the chip payment and demanded the cash.
Due to high number of customers you are becoming arrogant, believe me it will take you down if you go with such an attitude.
1 Star is what you deserve.
Arrogant while giving service and arrogant in the reply. I don’t think you’ll ever learn what customer satisfaction is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite and go to place to buy sweets for every occasion, mainly for the trust of purity & quality. They are famous for their Bhakarwadi and variety of modaks in Ganapati festival. Apart from regular sweets, they have their own specialities like badam halwa, shrikhand, amrakhand. The owner here is kind and overall service is good except few staff behave rude or dry. They can be little courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is least trained at this facility. They don’t know how to talk to the customers. When asked to pack 4 boxes of half kg each, they randomly put some pedas in each of the four boxes and weighing them all together to make it 2 kgs. Seriously these guys dont even know that each box is to have half kg and NOT 2 kg combined in 4 boxes. Staff needs to improve drastically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All products of Chitale are available here. Products have their own identity in the minds of Maharashtrian people due to the unique taste and quality. The salesgirls in this particular shop need to be taught courteous behaviour. Many times they talk very rudely with the customers. They are very young but have no respect for elderly people. Very very bad behaviour. I would like to avoid going to this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are cheaper comparing to other sweet shops in the area and stocks are fresh. The place is little congested and parking is an issue if you visit in peak hours. Visit the shop after 11 am when the fresh stock arrives from their main manufacturing facility.
