β β β β β Chittaranjan National Cancer Hospital is a very good cancer hospital for the people of west bengal. It is situated at Hazra more and opposite side of Ashutosh College. People also come from Jatin Das Park metro Station. Free treatment facility available for the people who is belongs to Below Poverty Line. Necessary documents to avail free treatment, BPL Ration Card, income certificate from BDO, SDO or DM. With these documents you will contact to room number 123.

β β β β β My first experience in this hospital was overwhelming. I was referred to medical oncology department and for the first time I felt that there are still some doctors in government hospitals who are extremely generous. Because people often experience harassment by doctors of cancer department in hospitals around West Bengal. If a doctor isn't open to the patient or the patient party then it's bad for both of them. Dr. Rajeev Bhattacharya is such a generous doctor in the hospital. You may find few of them arrogant and not communicative. But all of them are great doctors. CNCI is the best cancer hospital for low cost treatment in West Bengal. Cancer treatment is also available in free of cost in government hospitals like CMC, SSKM, NRS, RG Kar etc. but for consultant and better treatment you should visit CNCI.
So don't hesitate to visit CNCI because here it is in free of cost to visit an oncologist and don't waste your time pondering over where to go and where not to for best cancer treatment after your near and dear one is diagnosis with cancer. Immediately visit a cancer hospital then take your decision.

β β β β β The worst hospital I have ever visited. My mom died because they love to maintain their disciplines. She was suffering from mouth cancer. My sister and I tried our best to tell the condition of our mother but they said they can't take any steps until they don't get all the test reports and it took almost 2 months to complete the test process. After 2 months, doctors said "I'm sorry".
Then they started medication in Palliative care. Where the doctor write a urine test but didn't tell me. When I went next time for the medicines, he threw out the prescription just because I couldn't show him the urine test report. When I told that he didn't tell me anything about the test previously, he said "I'm not getting paid to say what I write in prescriptions. You have to understand by yourself." Such an arrogant personality.
I have responsibilities of my family and I belong from a poor family. Otherwise I'd murder them one by one.
Please do not waste your time and effort by going to this hospital. Most of the patients dies because of their ignorance.

The land was donated by very famous Patriot deshbandhu chittranjan das.so many departments are there eg medicine oncology, surgical oncology, radiotherapy, cal oncology etc.... Various types of patients come from different parts of Eastern India.patients loads are too high. As a result sometimes expectations are not full filled.as a whole it has a remarkable contribution in serving nation to fight cancer

Patients are suffering in this temperature waiting time minimum 2-4 hours. Cancer patients who are fighting for their life each day..
