★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital and no doctors are available here... I lost my father due to continuous neglecting of Dr.Maitra and hospital staff...
This is not a nursing home ...this is money looting hospital..dont admit your patient otherwise they will kill your patient and keep your patient on ventilation and ask you to pay money.... I know my pain ...by losing my father... please don't visit here ..they will kill your dear ones too... this nursing home should be banned...

They are hungary leeched dying for a customer and make money. Dr A Maitra especially is not a human he is abloody voulture seeking out to extract money from people . Dont ever go to this place its a complete hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, one of the worst hospital to take emergency patients to. The behaviour of the nurse and attendants are gross. Took my patient at 7:30 and uptill 11 they didn't even adminster him saline, even a district hospital does that amidst the conglomerate of patients. Didn't even keep him one day but the bill was beyond expectations. These are just hungry crocodiles feeding on patients blood and taking advantage of someone's helplessness!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will give you things which don't come under Mediclaim and loot you. Such a pathetic hospital. They billed 7k for one day. Gave ponds powder 3 hand wash, mask for triple the price and half of the things which they didnt return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Private health care and diagnostic center in Kolkata, India. Good accommodation, treatment & behaviour. Have multiple health facilities. In 2018 I was going to Calcutta for my ligament reconstruction. Dr. Kanchan (Arthopedic surgeon) did my arthescopic surgery. It's a 2 hour general anesthecia surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional staff particularly those sitting at the reception. Simply looting money from customers. To pay for x ray I have scanned their QR code displayed in the card swipe machine. The transaction was successful, hence money was deducted from my account. However they handed me a receipt saying transaction is failed. When I asked them to check their account, they said it takes 3 days for the amount to reflect in their account. Simply extorting money by using faulty machines. The Doctor was really good but every other person is simply there to extort money. The receptionists are busy gossiping and spoke in very unprofessional manner. Same goes for rest of the staff. Please avoid this place and consult the same doctors elsewhere.
