★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been buying chocolates from here for the longest time however the aged owner has failed to learn basic manners and continued to raise octaves of her tone (with her increasing age)on customers, giving her insane amounts of business. For a confectionery her tone is far from sweet and she clearly hasn’t paid any heed to the reviews with multiple people having similar experiences

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chocolates might be good but when a person is inquiring about the shop timings over phone especially during pandemic the same sweetness and attitude should reflect. Just for test anybody can try calling and If a lady picks up, u will be lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today!! Chocolates were good but owner was not well behaved, she was talking very rudely !!
When I first entered the shop, I inquired about many things,staff was talking properly but owner was not answering properly, when i asked her what is the best for giving gifts she was just having her own space like we are not even there , I ask her can I taste something she gave only one chocolate and told this is the only one you can taste!! Now how can I identify by tasting only one chocolate??
I would recommend not to go there as they do not have any kind of respect for their customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Florentine is the best item out of all in the menu. I order quite frequently from here for gifting but despite of the good items in the menu. The owner's behaviour who cordinate on the phone is very very rude. She talk very impolitely.
