★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience. They wrongly claim that their products are vegetarian and send products with egg. And if you complain, they offer a free chocolate bar on the next order.
Update: Received a refund for the order after a long hassle. Very painful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An exceptional, mouth tingling flavour.... Too superb. I ordered their Yuzu chocolate bar, and it was crafted with such a beautiful 3D design. I have not seen such design even in makers like Godiva... Truly Artisan. BTW it beats Godiva Bitter Orange and takes the crown as my favourite in medium dark chocolates!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order for a box of macrons through there official website. By the time i received, it was already passed the expiry date. When called to inform regarding the same, there casual response was that dont worry there is nothing inside that expire. I mean if thats the case why mention expiry of just 5 days.
There response and what they say in the box and whats mentioned in website contradicts.
It took 4 days for making the delivery which is a 4hrs distance from mumbai.
Never expected from a brand like it and casual response from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are very high quality, well made & with an equally good presentation. However the taste is very disappointing. I tried 3 preserves & the smoke chocolate bar. In some there were so many flavors that nothing stood out, altogether tasting like something else. I don't want to have them again. Maybe its an acquired taste that I can never acquire. For me they were nothing more than fancy, high priced & definitely not for everyone.
