★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had applied for a refinance loan for bolero of amount 2.5 lakhs from Darjeeling chola finance. The person who was dealing with me took all my documents and everything was going good and he also said that my loan has been approved. I took the car from the dealer and after 1 week chola calls me and says that the loan is rejected although All my documents are valid.
I have given the car dealer 3 lakhs rupees already and at the last point of verification the same guy calls me and says I am not eligible for the loan..IS THIS A JOKE…
I cannot understand your company policy and I am very frustrated by your company service.
