★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started up my gym journey from 2017 and its been 2.5 years, i just reduced up 20 kg and 85kg to 65kg and still training hard under the guidance of ABHISHEK SIR, he is moreover like a big brother and always motivate all the members to burn out the midnight oil and achieve your goals, his attitude is always positive towards all the members, apart from his behavior the gym is full of basic machines which i personally think is enough for a beginner to work on it and for an advance body builder to maintain his/her body, the unique selling point of gym is that it is one of the cheapest + good social environment +best for the people who are students who are looking forward to make their career in armed forces and who cant afford the brand gyms, and its a great place for the ones looking forward to become the best versions of themselves both physically and mentally, also the gym members are extremely supportive and we do enjoy the small parties given by "ABHISHEK SIR" it creates and healthy environment.
I just rated it 4/5 just because of the reason that number of machines to train on advance level is less comparable to other gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am training in this gym from 2018 and i must say Abhishek sir helped me lot to achieve my goal i was just 46 kg and i gained 27 kg , now i am with 73 kg weight. sir is always their to help us. he gives us motivation and always says to stay on healthy natural diet. He does not force us to take supplement ?from him. All other gym mates are also so friend its not a gym its a family for me where i spend my good time working out ?
