Well maintained machine and professional trainers.
I have been training under guidance of Gaurav sir he has been very helpful and makes sure that proper training is planned according to what is beneficial for an individual.
Within shot span of 2 months I can see results of the training.Over all a very good experience.

They have great staff and trainers are also very professional to their work, especially Mr.Gaurav sir is an amazing trainer, his behaviour and nature is very friendly and his qualitative approach to stay fit helped me to achieve my goal of weight gain.
I received the result in one month as 4kg weight gain.
